Take 2 tbsp of Uttan Powder mix with water,form a smooth paste along with coconut oil. Apply massage in circular motions for 5-10 mins. Wash with lukewarm water but do not apply soap. Apply soft moisturizer gently after use. You can use natural soap later the use. This natural bathing removes Vat doshas and renews your mind and body.
